Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included

Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

Jewelery must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned.

If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Customised items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you

Returns and refunds

Can I return bespoke/customized/made-to-order item?

We are unable to accept returns as made-to-order items are created to your specification, bespoke/customized jewelry pieces are made just for you we don’t offer refunds unless it’s faulty.

What is your exchange policy?

Seen something else you prefer? We can arrange an exchange as long as you’re happy to cover the costs of the return for your original order and delivery of your new one. ​Contact us​ to kick off the exchange process.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind?​ We’re happy to accept returns of unworn, unmarked earrings, necklaces, and bracelets within five days of receipt. Contact us for more information. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of rings, or customized or bespoke pieces.

How do I return an item?

Contact us​ ​and we will provide a prepaid shipping label with our return instructions.

Pre-order

What does pre-order mean?

We offer early access to most wanted jewelery, so you can purchase it before it arrives at our distribution center.

When will my pre-order item arrive?

As soon as your item has been released and is ready to be sent, you'll receive an email with the estimated delivery date.

When do I have to pay?

Pre-order items require full payment at checkout.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Some of our brands and partner store allow you to cancel an item before we prepare your order.

To cancel your pre-order:

Go to Orders & Returns if you have an account. If you placed an order as a guest, enter your guest order number and email address here

Select the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation.

We'll email you confirmation of your cancelled order.

If your order has already been prepared, we can't cancel your order — but we do offer a Free Returns service.

Can I change my delivery address?

 You may not be able to if your item has already been sent.

Are pre-order items refundable?

Yes, just make sure items meet the conditions of our Returns Policy

Made-to-order, customised and pre-owned items

Due to the nature of made-to-order and customised items, and the fact they have been specially created for you, we can not accept returns unless the items are damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

If any of your purchases arrive in a flawed or faulty condition, or without brand tags attached, contact our global Customer Service team.

Engagement Ring

When your order is damaged or faulty, we accept returns.

Email us to request a return for engagement and wedding designs.

Each customer is permitted one engagement ring return. Any other engagement ring purchased through  ETHOS.com is considered a final sale once the first ring is returned.

Engagement rings and wedding bands must return to us in their original condition and packaging, and engagement rings must arrive with their Diamond Certificate. Rings that have been resized, damaged or modified by a third-party jeweller are not eligible for return.

Returns

ETHOS  accepts returns of in-stock jewelry within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Your jewelry must arrive to us unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.  All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization and return reason, and refunds are processed within 10 business days of items being received.

Prepare your return

Place the item inside the  packaging - don't forget any brand boxes, dust bags, or cases.

If you received a Return Note with your order, attach it to the outside of your package.

Give the Waybill Doc to the courier. Make a note of the Waybill Number to track your return.

When your package is collected or dropped off, make sure you ask the courier to scan the label so you can track your return.

Returns from different brands or partner boutiques should be packaged separately and the correct Return Label attached to the outside of each ETHOS package.

All the documents you need to return your item should be included in your ETHOS package.

If you need to reprint them, head to Orders & Returns in your account.

Return shipping is complimentary for US, Canada, Brazil, European Union and United Kingdom orders.


Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
